    Your complete joy with our toffees and artisan gift boxes is our goal!

    If your toffee didn’t arrive in perfect condition, we want to know! The toffee is pristine when packaged and quality checked twice upon shipping.All issues historically are due to shipping mishandling. We get it. So, we accept responsibility for broken or melted toffee due to transportation and will fix it to your complete joy.

    What we need from you:

    We ask for two pictures of the melted, broken, or otherwise damaged toffee which you received to info@thetoffeestore.com. No need to return the toffee We honor you and accept your concerns.

    What we do:

    We send a replacement immediately or credit your account, if you prefer.

    We are honored that you chose us for your gifting needs (or toffee fix). We want you to be assured that we are diligent in quality from stirring to shipping. We expect “Excellence” and you should expect that from us, too. Happy clients refer others. Unhappy clients do not. Our name and reputation is on the box and we stand by it. For you.     What returns we don’t accept:

    Toffee that has disappeared from the box since arriving to you. (ie. Empty Boxes…)
