All returns must be organized and discussed within 10 days of the arrival of your order.
Defective / damaged in shipping
Any defective items OR items damaged in shipping transit can be returned for a full refund. It is solely up to the judgment of The Toffee Store to determine whether or not an item has in fact, been damaged during transit and / or is in fact, defective.
Once an item has been used in any way, said item is no longer a returnable product.
